Order Processing Time
Vendors on Robotbids are expected to process and ship all orders within 3–4 working days and delivery latest 7-10 days from the date of purchase (unless arranged otherwise). Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Please note that there is an order cut off time daily of 6pm EST

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Robotbids encourages all vendors to provide tracking details for added transparency and peace of mind.
Late or Missing Shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact the vendor immediately. Robotbids offers support for buyers in cases where items do not match their listed condition or specifications..
