Returns Policy

At Robotbids, we strive to provide the best customer experience and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive the product.

Returns Eligibility

  • You have 15 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition (unused and undamaged).

  • If the product is used, the return eligibility may vary depending on the vendor’s policy. Some vendors may charge a restocking fee or refuse returns for used products.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • The initial cost of shipping (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If the item is found to be used or damaged, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the vendor’s return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any items marked as “final sale” or otherwise non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
