Robotbids is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and verified sellers of robotics equipment. To maintain a safe, trustworthy, and secure environment for all users, the following payment policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding transactions on our platform

Accepted Payment Methods

Robotbids supports a range of secure payment methods, including:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfers (where applicable)

  • Other payment processors as made available through our platform

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Marketplace Structure

When you make a purchase on Robotbids, you are entering into a direct agreement with the individual vendor, not Robotbids itself. Robotbids facilitates the transaction and holds funds in escrow (where applicable) until key fulfillment milestones are met (e.g., shipping confirmation or delivery verification).

Robotbids does not own, warehouse, or directly ship any products listed by third-party sellers.

Fees and Commission

Robotbids charges vendors a flat commission fee of 12.5% on each successful sale. This fee is automatically deducted from the total sale amount before funds are released to the vendor.

Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the buyer’s chosen payment method.

Order Security and Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, Robotbids may take additional steps to verify payment details and buyer identity. This may include temporary holds, request for additional verification, or cancellation of suspicious orders. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any transaction at our sole discretion.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Robotbids will investigate the matter thoroughly and may request documentation from both the buyer and the seller. Any attempt to bypass our dispute process by charging back without engaging with our support team may result in account suspension.

Robotbids reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments if:

  • The item is not shipped or confirmed delivered

  • The buyer files a valid claim for non-receipt or item not as described

  • The vendor violates any terms of service

Payouts to Vendors

Vendor payouts are issued only after a successful order confirmation and in accordance with our payout schedule. Robotbids reserves the right to delay payouts in cases involving potential disputes, policy violations, or fraud investigations.

Vendors must ensure their payout details are accurate and up to date. Robotbids is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect payment information.
