The Platform provides a venue for transactions and assumes no liability for disputes, fraud, or misconduct between users.

5. User Responsibilities

• Sellers: Ensure that all descriptions, images, and details of items are accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.
• Buyers: Conduct due diligence before bidding or purchasing. Use caution and ask questions to confirm the condition and suitability of items.

6. Auction and Bidding Rules

• All bids are binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at the bid price if you win the auction.
